APPOINTMENTS
You are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals (over the 10 minute time frame provided) will be automatically cancelled and charged the full payment of the service from your card details on file.

If your preferred artist is unable to attend to you due to illness or resignation, an alternative artist will be allocated to you within our company. Deposits are not refundable nor transferable if an alternative artist is available and allocated by Leila’s Makeup Studio

DEPOSITS
Paying a deposit shows that you intend on showing up to your appointment and it means you are entering into a contract with Leila’s Makeup Studio PTY LTD. Online deposit payments will be applied towards your total on the day of your scheduled appointment. Under no circumstance is the deposit refundable or transferable. Refunds are not applicable where the client cancels the appointment for any given reason. If the client does not attend, the deposit is forfeited, which means it WILL NOT roll over to another appointment. Please note, examples like event cancelations, illness, travel issues, double bookings, change of mind, work duties, and anything of similar nature are not applicable to receive a credit note or refund.

CANCELLATIONS
No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will require full payment.

CANCELATIONS DUE TO COVID-19:
Unfortunately the current climate is unpredictable, we ask that you take this into consideration prior to confirming your booking. Deposits are non refundable nor transferable towards future bookings as a result of COVID-19. Credit notes will be provided towards bookings that are cancelled due to a city/statewide lockdown occurrence ONLY.

REFUNDS AND CREDIT NOTES
Refunds are not applicable where the client cancels the appointment. Where through no fault of the salon or the client, in an act of god, making it impossible for the business to operate or where the appointment cannot be upheld, only then a credit note may be provided to the client upon Leila’s Makeup Studio’s discretion. Please note, event cancelations, illness, travel issues, double bookings, change of mind, work duties, and anything of similar nature are not applicable to receive a refund or credit note, no matter how much notice is given. Full refunds will apply in cases where Leila’s Makeup Studio has to cancel the appointment.

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept cash, bank transfers and cards i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express as well as bank issued EFTPOS chip cards. Please note that we do not accept cheques.
